一、110-1 研究生畢業論文繳交重要時程：

• 電子論文上傳截止日：111年2月10日（四） ※因故無法及時上傳者，請提早聯絡圖書館承辦人
• 研究生離校手續截止日：111年2月18日（五）

※圖書館審核依電子論文上傳順序，約須1-2工作天，不接受急件辦理；另，寒假適逢年節，春節期間無法進行論文審核，如因自身需求須提前離校者，請務必自行預抓時程，以免耽誤離校時程。

二、研究生至圖書館辦理離校手續前，應完成以下事項：

• 完成「學位論文原創性比對檢核表」簽署。（必要附件為圖書館Turnitin複核Email回函，請至圖書館＜研究生畢業論文複核服務＞網頁辦理）
• 完成電子論文上傳，並經圖書館審核通過。（請至本校＜電子論文系統＞上傳電子檔）
• 備妥平裝紙本論文1冊、學位論文授權書2張及審核結果【通過】通知信1張（Email直接印出）。
• 如紙本論文需申請延後公開，請另備本校及國家圖書館「學位論文延後公開申請書」各1 張，並檢附證明文件，連同紙本論文一併繳交至圖書館；申請書若簽章不全或未檢附證明文件，視同未完成申請，即立即公開。

※依據教育部臺教高(二)字第1070210758號公文，紙本論文應以公開為原則，須符合學位授予法所述條件（機密、專利申請或依法不得公開）方可申請紙本論文延後公開，詳見圖書館「學位論文授權及延後公開」網頁說明。

1. Deadlines for Fall-Winter 2021 graduation procedure:

• Deadline for uploading the electronic thesis: February 10 (Thu.), 2022
• Deadline for finishing all the graduation procedures: February 18 (Fri.), 2022

※ It takes 1-2 working days for the library reviewing the electronic thesis. Any urgent request is not allowed. Please upload your full-text as soon as possible to avoid any delays.

2. To complete the graduation procedure, you should:

• Sign the "Originality Comparison Checklist" and get a library Turnitin review for your originality report. (Click here to apply for the library Turnitin review.)
• Upload your electronic thesis and pass the validation. (Go to ETD System to upload the full-text.)
• Submit the following items to the library: 1 copy of the paperback thesis, 2 copies of the Authorization Agreements and 1 copy of Thesis Validation *Approval* Email.
• If you need to delay the open access date for your paper copies, submit 2 copies of "Application Form of Embargo on Release of Thesis/Dissertation" (one for NTUT and one for NCL) along with the paper copy and attach with any evidence materials to show the reason for embargo.
  (Only those whose thesis content is involving confidential information, patent registration or any legitimate reasons can apply for delaying the open access date for paper copies.)
